Step 4: Complete the Pre-Service Coursework on VISTA Campus
Log into VISTA Campus at https://learn.americorps.gov/user/login. If you do not have an account, you will need to create an account. Click “Create new account.” You will be prompted to enter an email and create a username and password. User Type is “VISTA Summer Associate.”
Once your account is set up and you are logged in, select “Catalogue” from the menu at the top of the page.
Under "Categories" (menu bar on the left-hand side), select "VISTA Members."
Scroll through the course options to locate the “Starting VISTA Summer Associate Service” course. Click “Learn More.”
From the course’s launch page, click “Enroll” to complete the required training modules.
Complete the 3 required pre-service courses: VISTA Civil Rights and Responsibilities, Benefits of VISTA Summer Associates, and VISTA Terms and Conditions.
*** Please note that after you complete the “Terms and Conditions of Service” course, you will be directed to complete the Terms and Conditions acceptance form in the My AmeriCorps Portal at https://my.americorps.gov/mp/login.do ***
